Wheely Bugs

- Wheelybugs are certified tested to EN 71 -71 : 2014, US ASTM- F 963 - 17 and AU/NZ ISO8124:2014 standards. The testing is repeated bi annually. Additionally we have our PU material tested continuously.
- The maximum recommended rider weight is 25kg (50lbs); however each wheel is rated at 30kg giving a total safe working load of 120kg!! Adults can happily take a spin on them, or they make a very handy low mobile stool!
- Any smooth, flat surface is suitable. However keep them away from dirt or sand as this can get into the castors and slow them down. Also do not leave the toy outside in the rain or direct sunshine for long periods as this can damage the surfaces.
- A wipe down of the covering with diluted Eucalyptus oil ( 10 parts water to one part Eucalyptus oil ) on a regular basis helps keep the PU covering pliable. Regularly clean casters from hair or other debris to ensure smooth running. Handle bolts should be checked for fastness regularly.
- The bodies are padded and covered with a tough layer of polyurethane leatheroid that can be easily wiped clean. The base is made from sustainably sourced, plantation grown Poplar plywood and has safe ergonomic rounded contours. Wheelybugs are 100% vegan.

In-store pickup: You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup for all in-stock items at 127 Main Street, Vista, CA 92084. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 4 hours. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Our in-store pickup hours are 9a-4p from Monday through Saturday.

Local delivery: We offer free local delivery for orders of in-stock items over $35 within a 6 mile radius of our store. We will send you an email when your order is ready to be delivered. 

Shipping: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

We ship USPS Priority Mail: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Returns: We do our very best to provide quality products you will love. If you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns of new & unused items in original packaging, with receipt or proof of purchase within 30 days of receiving your merchandise.

All gift cards, clearance items, gear and gear accessories, special orders, and some health and personal care items are final sale and non-refundable. 

If you need to return any items, you can return them in-store or contact us with your order number at rochelle@babies-in-bloom.com and you will be given return instructions through email. You will be given a full refund in the amount you paid for your merchandise minus shipping costs which we unfortunately cannot refund. Customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs. Return labels will not be provided. 

Exchanges: Our customers are very important to us and we want you to be satisfied. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us with your order number at rochelle@babies-in-bloom.com and you will be given return instructions through email.
