Glow-In-The-Dark Guppy Grips

HOW TO APPLY GRIPS: To ensure proper application, thoroughly clean your smooth surface of any dirt, dust, oil, or other residue before application. Note, some everyday cleaners leave a residue that will prevent proper adhesion, so we recommend using an alcohol-based cleaner. Rinse the surface thoroughly and allow it to completely dry before applying your Grips. Next, remove the backing and place the Grip in the desired location. Press firmly starting in the middle, moving out towards the edges. Be sure to apply extra pressure along the edges to prevent water from getting underneath the adhesive.

IMPORTANT: NOT FOR USE ON TEXTURED OR REFINISHED SURFACES. Grips are designed to stick firmly to smooth shower and tub surfaces only, and may not adhere properly
to textured or refinished surfaces.

In-store pickup: You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup for all in-stock items at 127 Main Street, Vista, CA 92084. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 4 hours. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Our in-store pickup hours are 9a-4p from Monday through Saturday.

Shipping:

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout via our shipping partners. We typically ship USPS Priority Mail, USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground. The turnaround estimates given are provided by our shipping partners and are subject to change. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

Some items may require additional shipping charges, typically noted on the product's page in red. You will be contacted once we get an accurate quote with your boxed items. 

Returns: We do our very best to provide quality products you will love. If you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns of new & unused items in original packaging, with receipt or proof of purchase within 30 days of receiving your merchandise.

All gift cards, clearance items, gear and gear accessories, special orders, and some health and personal care items are final sale and non-refundable. 

If you need to return any items, you can return them in-store or contact us with your order number at rochelle@babies-in-bloom.com and you will be given return instructions through email. You will be given a full refund in the amount you paid for your merchandise minus shipping costs which we unfortunately cannot refund. Customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs. Return labels will not be provided. 

Exchanges: Our customers are very important to us and we want you to be satisfied. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us with your order number at rochelle@babies-in-bloom.com and you will be given return instructions through email.
