Booby Tubes are clever little natural, gel-free breast packs made with a 100% organic cotton shell and filled with all-natural flax seed. Use warm or cold, depending on your nursing needs. When heated, Booby Tubes deliver warm, moist heat to tender breasts; when stored in the freezer they offer cooling comfort. Traditionally used to help ease breastfeeding discomfort, heat can help encourage milk flow, avoid clogged ducts, promote let-down and comfort the symptoms of infection, and cold is used to help reduce the swelling and tenderness of engorgement and weaning.
Earth Mama's unique gel-free construction was designed with extra care to help reduce the risk of burns. Two Booby Tubes per box, one for each well, boob.
A QUICK HOW-TO
Warm Booby Tubes in your microwave for 20-40 seconds, and apply as necessary. Or store in the freezer and wear them inside your bra between feedings. Pair with mindful breathing as needed (because ladies: the breastfeeding struggle is real).
How do I clean my Booby Tubes?
Wipe the organic cotton with a damp cloth. Don't submerge them in water or put them in a washing machine - the flax seeds may sprout (seriously)!
A little bird told us mamas use them for:
- A cool pack to comfort bumps and bruises, ballooning feet and ankles.
- A warm pack to comfort upset tummies, tired muscles, and fussy, tugged-at ears.

In-store pickup: You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup for all in-stock items at 127 Main Street, Vista, CA 92084. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 4 hours. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Our in-store pickup hours are 9a-4p from Monday through Saturday.
Local delivery: We offer free local delivery for orders of in-stock items over $35 within a 6 mile radius of our store. We will send you an email when your order is ready to be delivered.
Shipping: Free shipping with purchase of $150 or more!
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout via our shipping partners. We typically ship USPS Priority Mail, free shipping over $150 is usually shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground. The turnaround estimates given are provided by our shipping partners and are subject to change. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
Some items may require additional shipping charges, typically noted on the product's page in red. You will be contacted once we get an accurate quote with your boxed items.

Returns: We do our very best to provide quality products you will love. If you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns of new & unused items in original packaging, with receipt or proof of purchase within 30 days of receiving your merchandise.
All gift cards, clearance items, gear and gear accessories, special orders, and some health and personal care items are final sale and non-refundable.
If you need to return any items, you can return them in-store or contact us with your order number at rochelle@babies-in-bloom.com and you will be given return instructions through email. You will be given a full refund in the amount you paid for your merchandise minus shipping costs which we unfortunately cannot refund. Customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs. Return labels will not be provided.
Exchanges: Our customers are very important to us and we want you to be satisfied. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us with your order number at rochelle@babies-in-bloom.com and you will be given return instructions through email.
